Specialty Orders

You can now have your Gumbo anyway you like it! As long as fresh items are in stock for us to make for you, it’s yours. Just fill out the form below with the details and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Orders must be placed 7-10 days ahead of time.
  • 0.5 gal or more only.
  • We can also provide lunch combos for teams of 10 or more.
  • Feel free to order a gumbo choice that is not the gumbo of the month.

We will confirm your order with you via phone before payment is due. If payment is not received within 12hrs of sending the invoice the order will be canceled.
